• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, knowledge or Russian and Latvian will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Good discipline and a high sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.

• Communicating with clients through emails, phone, chat.
Answering e-mails, assisting with client registrations, technical issues, payments processes, withdrawals.
• Liaising with all departments to resolve issues.
• Providing all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.
• Help provided to the client must be strongly informative and supportive, without sales.

• Work schedule 7-15, 15-23 and 23-7 on weekdays.
