Office Manager organizes and supervises all administrative activities that facilitate smooth running of an office and assists management and colleagues in their daily duties.

OFFICE MANAGER
Your daily tasks will be including, but not limited to: 

• Overall responsibility for office administration and facilities, including maintenance, mailing
(preparation of outgoing correspondence and dealing with incoming correspondence),
supplies, equipment, bills;
• Provide general support to visitors;
• Management of documentation regarding Latvian law and MSC international procedures;
• Facilitation of circulation of information, which may benefit colleagues and other offices
within MSC;
• Support management and colleagues with ad-hoc tasks which not covered here in line with
the requirements from MSC 

• Have excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Write, read and speak English and Latvian fluently;
• Have proficiency in MS Office and with office equipment;
• Are accurate and pay great attention to details;
• Have the ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure;
• Are a self-motivated team player;
• Have a bright and positive can-do attitude
