We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to supplement our property management team in Riga.

• Ensuring a cost-effective maintenance program for buildings, systems and equipment;
• Driving supplier compliance and control, as well as managing supplier relationships;
• Managing a site budget, analysing variances, performing budgetary corrective action
planning;
• Managing accurate asset inventory & life cycle assessment, including identification and
support for capital replacement projects and forward maintenance registers;
• Maintaining operational control through diligent measurement and monitoring of
established metrics;
• Organising and managing light scope fit-out and/or reconfiguration and relocation projects;
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols.      

• Higher education, preferably in a technical field;
• Proven track record of delivering facility management services;
• Understanding and ability to keep records, perform analysis and plan the next step;
• Passion for customer service and an orderly environment within and outside of buildings.
