This is the job.
- Work as a frontline for user requests received via a ticketing system (JIRA) or e-mails during business hours.
- Working with incidents according to the incident response process.
- Perform initial case (incident, change request) analysis and ensure all case-related information is present.
- Do operational activities: run scripts, check and run scheduled tasks, send or forward information according to instruction.
- Configure systems via Web interface or command line. Examples: adding/removing user access, group membership, assigning roles, making other reconfiguration, configuring repositories or permissions.
- Work with monitoring dashboards for a variety of systems using Grafana.
- Escalate and forward tickets to the relevant Development and Operations team in case the problem can’t be solved on your level or according to the procedures.
You have:
- Generic understanding of network concepts.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux user access management principles.
- Good user skills at least with one OS and experience with IT.
- Good (above average) knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to read and understand technical resources (documentation, help files, manual pages).
