HR SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as coach and advisor to employees and managers and a promoter of our Employer brand and company culture. Be ready to maintain and update employee records, support Recruitment and Onboarding activities, as well as to challenge yourself by launching different trainings and preparing HR related reports.

To perform successfully in this position, you need to:

• Be able to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
• Have a passion for documentation, details, and accuracy;
• Be confident in problem solving and decision making;
• Be committed to continuous learning;
• Have an innovative personality with professional initiatives;
• Write, read and speak English fluently.

Education and experience

• Preferably higher education in HR, management or organizational psychology;
• At last 2 year work experience in HR field;
• Practical knowledge about full personnel process life cycle;
• Knowledge of labour legislation and personnel records.
