YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, IT systems or similar;
- Experience in e-commerce shop management or related areas;
- Experience in working with e-commerce relevant digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
- Experience in developing strategies and setting relevant KPIs;
- Readiness to take responsibility for e-commerce shop growth;
- Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory) and German (advantage);
- Self-starter type of personality willing to take responsibility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform (-s);
- Planning and monitoring the execution of promotional campaigns;
- Providing insights and strategic directions on customer behavior;
- Ensuring well-functioning customer support while working closely with other departments;
- Working closely with other departments to ensure an excellent customer journey and shopping experience;
- Developing strategy and setting relevant KPIs to track the performance and report it to stakeholders.
WE OFFER
- Work in an international company with an office in Riga city center;
- Salary: starting from 1500 EUR gross – 2500 EUR gross depending on a level of experience;
- Valuable knowledge and excellent experience for future development;
- Health insurance after the probationary period (3 Months);
