Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management (with a concentration in Finance), or Economics from an Accredited University or College.
- 2- 5 years job experience in related area, additional education or training courses will be considered as an advantage.
- Interest and understanding of investment trends in various economic and sectors.
- Interest and ability to analyse companies' annual reports and other financial information
- Good presentation, verbal and written communication as well as problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple projects and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
- Fluent English and Latvian languages. Knowledge of Russian will be considered as an advantage.
Responsibilities
- To perform financial analyses of various investment projects, developing companies, including comparable deals and public company analysis
- To prepare investment plans and presentations
- To use research and financial analysis to draft executive summaries, information memorandums, investment evaluation materials
- To participate in detailed research and due diligence of specific companies
- To monitor markets and conduct sector specific research
- To cooperate with managers and to assist them in various projects.
