Qualifications
- Experience in Service Desk or IT Support team will be advantage
- Knowledge of P2P, banking, alternative financing, IT solutions, client support procedures. QA testing experience will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of English &Latvian languages, Spanish and/or German will be considered as an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to details & willingness to work in a dynamic Start up environment
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the reported issues and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve platform technical issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the legal, client managers and marketing team
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in existing procedures and create new ones
- Incident categorization, prioritization, resolution or escalation
- Daily cooperation with legal, client managers and marketing.
