• The onboarding process overseeing, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
• Human Resource administration management
• Human Resource data and internal systems up-to-date maintenance

• 3+ years of experience in the role of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner/ HR Manager / HR specialist
• Higher degree in Human Resource Management or in related discipline: e.g. Business Administration, Law, Finance
• Excellent written and spoken English and Latvian
• Proficiency in the documentation process and knowledge transfer
• Proficiency in computer literacy – HR data systems, MS Office
• Passion about building career as Human Resource Manager in fast-growing e-commerce company
• Motivation, “can-do” attitude, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• High sense of responsibility and patience
