What you will do
• Provide and ensure quality control of HR-related administrative processes, documentation related to internal procedures, employment contracts, etc.
• Assist on the payroll process
• Create and conduct successful and engaging onboarding activities for new joiners
• Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Provide support on employees engagement activities
• Prepare people data analysis and reports
• Administrate employees offboarding
• Participate in various HR projects
What you are ideally bringing with you
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years Human Resource experience
• Strong people person, good at contributing to positive company culture, and able to resolve conflicts
• Good time management skills, able to manage several projects at the same time
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English languages
• Good analytical skills and ability to present information well
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel is required
• ‘Can do’ attitude and able to work independently
