MARKETING & PR MANAGER (ON DEFINITE PERIOD)

• Developing of marketing strategy based on long term goals of business units (sales &
aftersales)
• Planning and organizing of marketing and communication campaigns
• Overseeing and developing WEB page strategy
• Coordinating communication and strategy on social media
• Analysing the results of communication activities, providing reports and recommendations
• Planning and organizing of customer and social events
• Public Relations projects development and coordination
• Working with international and national media (journalists, influencers)
• Press Releases and other advertorial and public content material creation
• Daily media monitoring
• Crisis communication
• Launch many new and seasonal projects or special offers of hotel, Restaurants and Spa
• Develop a strong collaboration with the concerned stakeholders and partners to enhance
the positioning and profiling of the hotel
• Continuous development of hotel brand awareness and brand corporate values and goals
delivery
• Working together with E-commerce manager, DOSM and other departments of hotel
• Cooperation and communication with Corporate Office-Senior Director Corporate Public
Relations
• Monthly reporting to Kempinski Hotels corporate office

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian
• Understanding of the luxury industry
• Understanding of the tourism industry
• High sense of responsibility and accuracy
• Degree in marketing, communication or Public Relations field
• 3 years experience and knowledge in the luxury and tourism business industry
• Ability to initiate activities, lead process and take charge
• Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions based on a variety of data sources
