Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Fluency in at least 1 additional language (Spanish, French, Chinese or Portuguese)
• Higher education (students are welcome)
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work in a team and achieve global goal
• Accuracy and punctuality
• Stress resistance
• Previous client communication experience is considered as advantage
  

Responsibilities:

• Client support. All training will be provided onsite.
