Joining TWINO as a Business Data Analyst, you will be an important link in data-driven business making, as well as take part in the continuous improvement of business data analysis across the whole TWINO Group. As a part of the Risk Management and Business Analysis team, you will contribute to TWINO evolution to the next level of business data analysis.
Your responsibilities
- Collection, processing and analysis of business data
- Work with multiple data sources to analyze business performance (e.g., client behavior analysis, sales channel efficiency, call center and debt collection performance, etc.)
- Preparation of various ad-hoc reports and business data analysis
- Development and optimization of business data monitoring and reporting
- Data interpretation to support business decision making, including withdrawal of main conclusions based on numbers derived during the analysis and recommendation for changes in the area analyzed
What we are looking for
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven experience in performing data analysis supporting financial, marketing, customer care or similar business performance reporting
- Good SQL knowledge is an asset
- Fluent English (both verbal and written) is a must
- Creativity and thinking "out of the box"
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives and meet deadlines

We offer flexible and competitive terms of employment and a competitive remuneration package. The salary range for this position varies from 1700 to 2200 EUR gross, depending on experience, skillset and other competencies.
