Recruitment Specialist who will undertake the challenge of recruitment and selection of highly qualified and/or high-potential staff in a timely and cost effective manner to meet the demand for specific skills sets required by the company.

• Previous recruitment-related working experience, preferably in field of IT;
• Knowledge of the best recruitment practices;
• Proficiency of the regional labor market;
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment;
• Team player;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English, Latvian and Russian.  

• Proactively source and attract potential applicants to the company;
• Manage the screening, interviewing and all related activities till hiring;
• Attend the most important industry events;
• Maintain the communication and networking with the candidates;
• File all necessary work related information.

Monthly salary (gross): 1300.00 to 2200.00 EUR*
