Senior FrontEnd (Angular.js) developer

IT Camp partner – is a Norwegian consulting company with main focus on SAP-related services and products. The company creates value for private and public enterprises by delivering SAP solutions based on templates and best practices (SAP S/4, SAP BI, SAP CRM, SAP PO, SAP Commerce/Hybris etc), being also a SAP Platinum partner.
Company has offices in Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Ukraine. And Riga office acts as a competence center for SAP Commerce.

Technology stack: JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, SAP Spartacus, Java 11, Spring
Location: Riga, Latvija (Dzirnavu iela), fully remote work during emergency period and partial remote work (with some days in office) option also is acceptable afterwards.
SAP Commerce team in Riga: 30 people

Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for experienced Senior JavaScript developer/Frontend Architect to join the team of professionals in Riga office.

­- Acting as a Frontend Solution Architect in an initial stage of new projects;
­- Bringing big picture thinking to the work of team;
­- Cooperation and project mapping with UI/UX team, backend team;
­- Hands-on frontend development;
­- Tech.leadership over frontend development team;
­- Controlling delivery of build scripts for an environment.

- 5+ years of experience in front-end development;
­- Experience with Angular (2 — 12);
­- Extensive experience in RxJS, Redux, NgRx;
­- Experience with React, Vue or similar frameworks - being technical evangelist, able to switch between frontend technologies;
­- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, JavaScript and TypeScript;
­- Experience in node.js, npm, yarn;
­- Knowledge of CI frontend testing – Karma, Jasmine, Jest, writing unit tests;
­- Hands-on experience with SSR (server-side rendering), SSG (static site generation), PWA application development, service workers;
­- Hands-on experience with GIT and gitflows;
­- Experience with atomic design systems like storybook and patternlab;
­- Good spoken and written English.

It would be a plus:
­- Good understanding of REST, GraphQL & web services;
­- Good understanding of various design patterns (TDD, MVC);
­- Good understanding of security concepts and web application vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP);
­- Experience in eCommerce;
­- Experience with Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
