Being part of the Pan-Baltic Compliance organisation, Analytics & Intelligence Team is looking for Senior Analyst who will contribute to the development and validation of anti-financial crime and compliance systems and tools to ensure the organization, our customers and the communities in which we operate are protected from the harms associated with financial crimes and other compliance risks. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing compliance solutions and tools
• Leading the ongoing reviews of anti-financial crime solutions and tools, developing and implementing optimization strategies
• Staying up to date on the latest trends, best practice and IT advancements to automate and modernize anti-financial crime systems 
• Leading the validation of Anti-Financial Crime systems to ensure that it is working as designed and according to internal and legal requirements

• Driving internal projects related to process automation, data analysis to improve overall work efficiency in Compliance

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Law, Economics, Business Management, Finance or IT)
• At least 3 years' experience in data/system analysis or any other analytical role
• Wide range of experience working with Excel, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL, knowledge of data science tools such as Python/R would be considered as advantage 
• At least 2 years’ experience working with Anti-Financial Crime systems and configuration 
• Fluency in English, both in spoken and written. Knowledge of a Baltic language is an advantage 
• Understanding of data literacy, governance and management principles 
• Proven track record for having a methodical and logical approach to tasks and problem solving 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results

• A salary range for this position at 2500-3200 EUR (Gross*), which is to be determined depending on the level of experience and competencies of the selected candidate
