This is the job.
- Team Lead is responsible for Intrum’s ERP (Finance and HR) systems operations, maintenance and support organization;
- Technical responsibility for global Workday Financials and HCM systems used in 26 countries;
- Application management, including major releases, updates, bug fixes and regression testing activities;
- Continuous Improvements to application functionality used based on new releases, and support Intrum projects for changes on functionality and integrations, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions;
- Collaborate, report and communicate with stakeholders;
- Team management, development and motivation.
You have:
- You are service-minded and a professional, understanding business processes and providing technical solutions for complex problems across an international environment;
- Graduate with at least 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in business systems operations, maintenance and support management roles;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Experience working in global system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects following Agile and DevOps methodologies. ERP, Finance and HR systems experience is a plus;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills;
- Professional skills in English, speech and writing.
