D&A Visualization & Reporting Manager

You will be responsible to lead the development of business and functional requirements for reports, ensuring the maintenance of effective working relationships with business departments.

• Manage delivery and support adoption of effective performance reporting and visualisation;
• Develop global BI & reporting tools and lead potential migrations;
• Generate impactful representations of data and insights, through interactive visual interfaces;
• Gathering requirements, identifying/analysing data sets and then translating them into bespoke and compelling data driven reporting;
• Drive visualisation excellence and development of informative and impactful content;
• Develop valuable relationships with internal and external customers through an in depth understanding of the business processes, application systems and data;
• Engage with BI Partners and customers to understand requirements, test criteria, and success factors for impactful and actionable reporting and analysis;
• Ensure high-quality definition, design, development, testing and user adoption of BI outputs;
• Manage analyses and application of information from various sources to enhance understanding and feed in to Operational performance management processes;
• Maintains relationships with business leadership to develop, align, prioritise, and set expectations for demand, products and initiatives;
• Leads and/or participates in project business case evaluation, execution, and implementation;
• Leverage effective relationship building among business partners to understand the data needs, data dependencies and identify opportunities for business process standardisation, ensuring high employee engagement and managing staff career progression;
• Contribute to our roadmaps for Data / Information Management;
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvements in data management through technological innovation, operational improvement, and championing adoption;
• Maintain in-depth industry knowledge;
• Develop global BI & reporting tools and lead potential related migrations and standardisation;
• Leverage customer data, analytics to shape business strategies and key performance indicators;
• Create customer-centric dashboards for various levels of review and own the insights and recommendations process to influence decision business according to the requirements;
• Assure the analysis of the current customer performance to uncover and quantify opportunities for improvement in our business experiences;
• Manages Data staff, with responsibility for hiring, evaluation, training, guidance, disciplinary procedures and dismissals;
  
  

We think you have:

• Preferably a master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field;
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral in English;  
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities;
• The ability to develop and communicate a global data management vision;
• Experience and knowledge of reports tools and creating analytical dashboards;
• Experience with data projects related to business data lifecycle;
• Systemic thinking and process orientation, accurate and methodological way of working;
• Knowledge of project management principles;
• Ability to lead and experience in decision-making;
• Ability to work and report multi-functionally, cross-culturally in an international environment;
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling and forecasting;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
