Join our team! We are looking for a Senior Lawyer – Corporate in Riga HQ office!

About the role:

4finance is looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our Corporate Legal Department team! If you have experience with Corporate Law, you strive for excellence and want to be a part of a highly professional team, this is a role for you!

What you will do:

• Organize and ensure legal support for corporate governance processes
• Organize and ensure legal support within licensing, regulatory assessment and compliance processes
• Ensure legal support for M&A and restructuring transactions, due diligence processes
• Provide legal support to the employer related to the establishment of new business processes
• Keep up with the employer's activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Organize, develop, and evaluate legal documents
• Advise the employer-related business leaders in legal matters
  

Some must haves:

• University degree in Law
• Proven background in corporate Law, at least 4 years
• Proven experience with M&A transactions
• Eye on detail and analytical mind
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent communication skills
