This is the job.
- Collaborate with Business representatives and Product Owner in order to understand, elicit requirements and propose solutions;
- Collaborate with Development team (Riga) to transition requirements into development specifications as well as to understand available technologies and implementation restrictions;
- Accept functional requirements ownership and participate in application architecture and UI creation processes;
- Consult developers during implementation to ensure requirements are developed as requested;
- Assist with incident investigation during production;
- Our Business analyst is a part of Online Services team that works on web and mobile apps projects development. We develop self-service portals, integration API’s and mobile applications, contributing directly to clients and customer experience in 24 European countries.
You have:
Previous experience in:
- Software development (System Analysis, Business Analysis, Testing);
- Business and system requirements definition (Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis, Use Cases, User Stories, Storyboard, DoD and Acceptance Criteria);
- Skills in Business/System requirements definition, including UX/UI;
- Understanding of software development processes;
- Proactive, accurate and detail oriented;
- Good communication skills;
- Very good English.
Seen as advantage:
- Knowledge of Java, and API testing tools (Swagger, Postman);
- Basic SQL querying;
- Experience with financial software;
- Experience with development, implementation and testing of web projects;
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
