This is the job.

• Working together with PM and Transformation Program management covering all migration related items which prevent the migration weekend;
• Organize the migration by creating a migration plan and all steps involved. Execute it during the actual migration;
• Runbook creation (project planning) - follow up the preparations (test runs), according to the master plan and align the teams with tasks to perform within the migration assigned;
• Create and adjust documentation on migration processes to be followed;
• Short term planning with third party vendor;
• Middle term planning with countries, migration team;
• Organize after care organization when migration has completed.

Need to work closely with:

• Development/Support Organization;
• Third-party vendor of core system;
• Country migration team;
• Business Support units PM;
• Central Transformation Manager.

You have:

• You will be the man in the middle, supporting countries and Development/Support Organization, Third-party vendor and Business Support units in delivering the data migration to Company Transformation Program;
• Understanding in managing migration processes;
• High level of understanding IT environments and technicalities (network, hw, processes etc.)
• Experience with migration projects;
• Stress resistance;
• Experience in managing the overall picture and organization more than detailed problem solving;
• Experience in working with multiple internal/external teams within a project.
