Join our team as BI Product Owner for AML
We are looking for talent to help Luminor in building a data-savvy and customer-centric new generation digital bank! Our team provides BI, Data and Advanced Analytics services for all key business areas and functions of the Bank. We deliver broad range of BI, data, and visualization products, as well as advanced analytics and data science solutions to support operational, tactical, and strategic initiatives in the Bank.
As BI Product Owner you will consolidate, develop, and lead the delivery of BI & Data services for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) domain. You will lead execution of BI & Data services end-to-end with dedicated Agile team. Your key stakeholders will be AML and Compliance functions of the bank.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Gather, maintain, and manage BI & Data deliveries portfolio towards AML and Compliance function stakeholders to support regulatory compliance
- Prioritizing and managing AML Domain backlog
- Serve as execution leader and together with dedicate Agile team delivering BI & Data services and implement required developments
- Serve as the central point of contact towards AML business domain stakeholders including resolutions
- Solicit stakeholders, and end-users’ feedback, define and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, BI & Data and other teams to improve the BI & Data services
Skills and experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience with banking or other similar industries
- At least 2 years’ experience in any of the ares of Treasury, AML, Anti-financial Crime Compliance, Risk
- Good knowledge of the complex business processes, IT processes and IT systems
- Higher education in Management, Economics, Finance, or IT
- Good leadership and stakeholders’ management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum
- Problem solver mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced English (fluent in all spoken and written communication)
