Our Regulatory Reporting team is expanding and we are looking for new team member to join our BI & Data Department. This is a great opportunity for a very ambitious and proactive person who strives towards Regulatory reporting development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and develop according to guidelines, standards and best practices, in order to design effective and efficient databases
- Develop logical data models and OLAP structures as per requirements
- Prepare plans and ensure implementation of BI & DW changes as per business requirements and specifications
- Collaborate across organization to ensure that BI & DW databases and systems are created according to master plan and data governance
- Evaluate all hardware and software according to required standards and assist to setup based on required functionality and better practices from providers
- Manage and identify organizational impact of BI & DW domain on processes
- Document regular work according to the company and team rules
- Mentor junior data engineers and guide them in understanding BI & DW best practices and standards
Skills and experience:
- Deep understanding about BI/Data Warehouse methodologies and types
- Experience and understanding on Software Delivery LifeCycle methodologies
- Development experience and knowledge on 2 from list: Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase IQ, Snowflake, S3, Redshift
- Strong understanding of ETL principles and techniques
- Regulatory reporting
- Unit, integration and user acceptance testing
- Banking products
- Accounting processes
- Project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
