This is the job.

• Create a the Service management team set-up, define profiles we need to hire, define team responsibilities etc;
• To lead a team that will manage external consultants;
• Together with team create and manage KPIs set for external consultants;
• Ensure that consultants follow our guide lines, such as documentation, handover to different stakeholders etc;
• Create process for administrative tasks;
• Establish performance measurement indicators and proactively act on performance improvements. Report to the stakeholders on the performance;
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies on other teams;
• Establish and support knowledge base documentation framework;
• Improve and create new and existing process.

You have:

• 2+ year of experience in team managing position;
• Experience working with external companies;
• Good understanding of how to manage contractors;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving environment;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Passion for innovation.
