In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Be a central part of the CIO and CTO organisation and steer the banks tech transformation to drive business growth and future proofing the bank
• Work in a creative, engaging, and challenging environment where the ultimate focus is to create value for the bank's customers through continued digitalisation and transformation of the bank
• Have a leading role, in collaboration with the architects’ community, in defining Swedbank’s Target Architecture and technical roadmap to execute our ambitious strategies
• Help ensuring alignment between strategies, business visions and technology through sound architectural work
• Follow the execution towards our Target Architecture as well as provide guidance on deviations from it
• Enable increased efficiency and speed by leading the way in prioritization of solutions that reduce complexity, simplifies the IT landscape, and promotes design of modular business capabilities
• Work with executive management to ensure that our target architecture is a central part of our investment planning and prioritizations within our distributed IT operating model
• Develop architectural solutions across all Enterprise Architecture disciplines and define the architecture ways of working within Swedbank
• Develop principles, standards and frameworks, and steer implementation of architecture governance practice
• Promoting the value of architecture as well as communicating architectural principles and decisions
• Be a spokesperson for and alleviate the Enterprise Architecture practice across Swedbank

• You are unpretentious and transparent with your work and is happy to share your knowledge
• You have a solution-oriented mindset and an ability to work in a cross-functional environment, in an agile way with a wide set of stakeholders
• You are 'up to date' and passionate about tech, and especially in how tech can solve business problems, without being deeply specialized
• You have broad experience in IT, including architecture, systems development, technology, and production
• You have experience in architecture modelling and methodology
• You have a high degree of business understanding, i.e. services, processes and strategies, and you focus on business value creation
• You have proven experience to drive initiatives end-to-end with a proactive and forward leaning mindset
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• You have excellent analytical skills and know how to capture the audience to convey the message when presenting
• You have a strong academic record and at least 10 years’ experience in driving change
