We want you to help us push boundaries in how we attract, grow and inspire the people who work for us:

  • Administrative support of employee life - cycle in the company (on-boarding, off-boarding, etc.)
  • Perform administrative HR tasks: documentation flow, maintenance of registers, employees’ records, create reports and statistics
  • Track and maintain all employee data (contract information, salaries, absences, promotions, etc.) using paper and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software
  • Deal with and respond to various HR queries and requests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations
  • Support local and global HR projects and initiatives
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team if required
  • Be engaged in creating a positive work climate

This job might be for you if you have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role in an international company
  • Strong PC skills, including high level proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with Horizon HR Software will be considered as an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, economics or related field preferred
  • Very good spoken and written Latvian and English
  • An affirmed understanding of HR best practice and labor legislation
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain the strict confidentiality
