Functional Analyst with XML skills

IT Camp Partner is an international company that has been developing FinTech solutions for over 20 years and provides next-generation services in more than 25 countries, headquartered in London. The main clients of the company are banks, financial and insurance companies from different countries of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a Functional Analyst with XML skills.

Team: international, consisting of 50 people.
Location: completely remote work, with registration under a contract with an individual entrepreneur.
Main product: development, implementation and support of payment systems, online banks and other financial platforms.
Technology stack: Java, XML/XSLT, REST, SOAP

Tasks:

• Analysis of banking IT systems, as well as the creation of requirements specifications (technical documentation and workflow rules for various types of payments)
• Functional and Performance Testing, Analysis and Problem Solving
• Development of process models, design of integration solutions, architectural approach taking into account existing solutions
• Development of integration protocols of various levels, requirements for the transfer of business data and integration platforms (queue, broker, ETL)
• Preparation of detailed functional requirements based on business strategy
• Procedures for formatting messages of banking communication systems based on the XML/XSLT transformation languages
• Maintain communication between developers and senior management
• Participation in new feature releases

Expectations:

• 2+ commercial experience in system analysis
• Experience in banking/financial sector
• Fundamental knowledge of XML/XSLT
• Fluency in Russian and confident knowledge of English
• Communication skills, proactivity and collegiality

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Basic knowledge of Java, as well as programming and/or testing experience
• Understanding information systems integration processes
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools
