This is the job.

You will work closely with Byjuno IT Team (team of 20 employees) as well as with partners and suppliers to ensure progress and deliveries on the projects and initiatives supporting company business strategy.

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate the projects and understand and clarify requirements in order to produce qualitative input for software delivery team. In particular:

• Coordinate commercial projects and update project plans;
• Participate and assist integration manager with partner and merchant integration;
• Arrange required support and coordinate merchant switching to new products, new APIs as well as with new plug-in version rollout;
• Work with Commercial Team on new product definition;
• Collaborate with Business representatives, IT Team and other requirements owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions;
• Collaborate with Software Delivery team, partners and suppliers through project implementation phases (requirements, design, build, rollout);
• Consult involved parties to ensure implementation according to expectations;
• Raise work tasks, issues, stories and bugs;
• Participate in testing and organize user acceptance testing to ensure functionality acceptance.

You have:

• 3+ years of experience in relevant or similar role (System Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Owner, Testing, Business Process Automation and Improvement, integration);
• Business and system requirements definition (Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis, Use Cases, User Stories, Storyboard, Diagrams, GUI mock-ups and Acceptance Criteria);
• Essential understanding of software development life cycle and software architecture;
• Skills in Business/System requirements definition;
• Ability to outline product definition (fact sheets, configuration, business processes, etc.) and present to vertically involved teams&stakeholders;
• Experience in converting business requirements and product definitions into Change Requests and requirements to Software Delivery Team(s) and suppliers;
• Project management skills;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Proactive, accurate and detail oriented;
• Very good English is a must have;
• You will concurrently work on several projects, therefore it is important that you are a self-organized person.

Seen as advantage:

• Fluent German language is seen as a significant advantage;
• Experience with financial software implementation or using (accounting, reporting, data analysis);
• Experience in programming and testing of software applications;
• Technical Background (familiar with: databases, logs, XML/XSD, SQL, json, Rest API, Postman, Git, SVN, Bitbucket);
• Understanding of non functional requirements;
• Experience working with APIs and Web Services.
