We are looking for Account Manager in Payments Department to join our Riga office.

Responsibilities:

• To do the market research and competitive analysis;
• To evaluate workability of current products and services;
• To outline problems, opportunities, and solutions;
• To define a vision for a product;
• Budgeting and forecasting;
• Present to the management products and services that should be implemented.
  

Requirements:

• Experience as business analyst or relevant position;
• Advanced English and Russian language skills;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Experience in e-commerce, preferably bank or PSP;
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
• High sense of responsibility and attention to details;
• University degree in finances or relevant industry;
• Passion for customer satisfaction.
