YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Support specialist to join our team and help us exceed in supporting a world-class audio product with customers across the globe.
YOU WILL:
- Apply your technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Investigate and report product issues, analyze issue scale, and define priorities
- Analyze and communicate user feedback to the relevant teams, actively contributing to further product development and roadmap
- Contribute to FAQ and other public content for our customers
- Maintain internal platforms, expand functionality for improved workflows, contribute to internal documentation
- Take a part in product testing and get hands-on with the latest audio technology
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR THIS POSITION:
- At least 2 years experience in customer support service, supporting a software product
- Prior experience with planning and helpdesk platforms
- Content creation experience
- Strong spoken and written English language skills
- Team player ready to take initiative, comfortable with an agile work environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of user segments, ranging from the consumer crowd all the way to music industry professionals
EXTRA POINTS FOR:
- JIRA and Zendesk experience, helpdesk optimization skills
- Advanced content creation and documentation skills
- Scripting or WEB programming skills (Python, JAVA, HTML, CSS, WireShark, etc.)
- Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms
- Audio industry or music background
