As a Head of UX, your role is critical to the success of our business platform.
You will join a cross-functional team and help them to understand our customers’ attitudes, behaviours, motivations, and goals. Your primary responsibility is to develop our user research strategy and lead activities that will further enhance our projects as a user-focused destination that drives successful business outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for envisioning and delivering the best customer product experience and ensuring our customers find satisfaction in every interaction with your offering.
We expect that you will be an expert in the field of customer experience, user interaction as well as have great analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the project leadership team to develop user-focused product strategy;
- Lead the whole process from exploration, concept, and development of entire design systems, including user interfaces, connected data, and interaction models;
- Lead different research and design activities;
- Set clear product goals, link them to company objectives, and align the entire team around a shared roadmap to encourage everyone to think holistically and prioritize customer joy;
- Identify and implement initiatives based on quantitative and qualitative customer data to find the best approaches within our products;
- Articulate opportunities that are revealed by your research and work closely with other product managers, marketing, developers, and designers to prioritize them.
We expect you to have:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience;
- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness;
- Strong communication skills, to be able to convey sometimes difficult concepts and sell the benefits of user research to a diverse audience;
- Previous experience in UX with hands-on approach in running research programs using a broad variety of tools, such as ethnography, interviewing, focus groups, diary studies, surveys, usability tests, heuristic analysis, etc;
- Ability to work independent as well as managing the process of designing and running tests using methods such as direct and remote observation, moderated and unmoderated testing, A/B testing, benchmarking, etc.;
- Experience working on complex enterprise platforms with many different touchpoints;
- Detail-oriented, able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced and highly interactive environment;
- Ability to work independently as well as managing a team;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously without reducing the quality of your work;
- Great analytical skills and an analytical approach to decision making;
- Excellent English language skills, both written and conversational.
