• Be a part of Group Security and Investigations team which is a key part in stopping the banking system and its products from being used for illegal activities;
• Monitor, analyze and react on suspicious card transactions for Sweden, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania clients;
• Monitor, analyze and react on suspicious payments and i-bank logins activity for Baltic countries;
• Communicate to customers regarding your decisions (communication with clients through digital channels);
• Monitor rules improvements;
• Collaborate with Swedish and Baltic countries colleagues

What is needed in this role:

• You find the idea of fighting crime, preventing the bank and our customers from losing money and keeping them safe, exciting, and important.
• Passion about good customer service, willing to regularly investigate issues and analyze trends, are good at making and managing decisions independently.
• Ability to pay attention to details and high sense of preciseness and accuracy.
• Willingness to work as part of a cross-border team, learn on the job and invest in developing your knowledge and skills.
• Fluent in Latvian and English, as well as have good proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Be ready to work at night shifts, during working days, weekends, and holidays
