Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in commercial software development
Programming Languages: Extensive knowledge of CQL, SQL, Scala, JasperReports (Senior level)
Database: Proficient in usage of Cassandra
Database & Web Services: ServiceNow (Senior level)
Big Data Technolgies: , Spark (must have), Expert in Kafka (as in using it)
Modelling Tools: Profound knowledge of Erwin and data modeling principlesdevelopment
Development experience .Net (will be considered a plus)
In-depth knowledge of analyzing and designing complex DW solutions with many source systems
Expert in developing, testing, and deploying ETL solutions and ensure that data is properly loaded and extracted in and out of our systems
Performance tuning - Identify areas where database redesign allows to get a significant impact
Extensive knowledge of Erwin usage to build contextual, conceptual, logical, physical data models and discuss them with other data architects and team
Participate in code review and acceptance process in order to improve delivery code
Perform data analysis, identify data quality issues
Provide technical team leadership support - direction and shared knowledge with mentored team members in areas of expertise
Strong ability to analyze customer requirements and develop design of DW documents/stories
Deep knowledge in automated acceptance testing of ETLs to provide good quality code on Prod

Primary:
Data Modeling for DWH
Scala / ETL on Spark
SQL for Cassandra (could be generic SQL, but needs advanced level of know-how)

Nice to have:
Kaffka skills
