• Be part of a cross functional Team in the Agile Release Train, working together to build and maintain high quality controlling and financial reporting services for Group Strategy, Planning & Control and Group Finance
• Coaching the team in self-organization and cross functionality
• Help the CFT to create high value
• Remove impediments during daily work
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, PI planning sessions, retrospectives
• Handle the release process for the delivery
• Continuously improve the way of working using SAFe methodology
• Dealing with ad hoc issues and questions

What is needed in this role:

• Relevant university degree or a great reason for not having one;
• Previous work experience with SAFe methodology;
• Previous work experience within IT or Financial industry;
• Ability to coach, support and coordinate the development team;
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence would be an advantage;
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills;
• Scrum Master / SAFe certification would be an advantage;
• Proficient English, spoken & written, in addition, Swedish is a big plus
