At Cognizant, you will work closely with the European business to identify live vacancies and take accurate candidate specifications, actively sourcing and screening direct candidates & collaborate on crafting solutions for businesses to help them become more successful.


Job Responsibilities:

• Leading team of Latvia and keep it growing.
• Be involved in strategy development for recruitment.
• Exploring new sourcing countries
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Set up recruitment project sourcing and selection strategy.
• The briefing calls with the hiring teams, posting jobs, screening resumes, and interview support.
• Source candidates from job boards, internal databases, referrals, headhunting
• Support the maintenance of the recruitment mailbox and delegate to the relevant lateral recruiter.
• Update and maintain reports to the Recruitment Manager and other internal partners.
• Developing new channels of recruitment to ensure adequate manpower availability.
• Develop a good rapport with the onsite recruitment team and maintain a sound relationship with the business.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to resolve the efficiency of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Build a trustful collaboration and relationship with the recruitment agency POCs
• Develop a pool of people in advance

For success, you need:

• Experience in sourcing for IT or Technical positions
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and flexibility
• Proficiency in English
• High attention to detail
• Strong communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with different teams
• Ability to think creatively and look at new ways of doing things
• Outspoken with the ability to push back when vital
• A can-do demeanor and ability to thrive in a lively atmosphere
• Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks
