IT Camp partner is a large international company based in the USA and working with leading brands they provide marketing, packaging & logistics services for almost 30 years. They pay a lot of attention on supply field innovation and optimisation. The company has branches all over the world, including Latvia and more than 10,000 employees are working worldwide, of which about 1,300 are based in the Baltics.

For our partner, we are looking for a Business Analyst in the IT department in the Riga office, to help effectively solve business problems and coordinate teamwork.

Location: Plavnieki, Riga

Team: The team in the Riga IT department consists of 16 people, highly qualified specialists, who are ready to share their knowledge and new ideas.

Product: The company owns large warehouse management and logistics system, which is used by local and international clients, and allows to optimise & improve the operation processes of the entire company. The system allows to automate product assembly process and helps to increase productivity. This technology has been implemented by the world’s largest companies such as Bosch, DHL, DPD. Currently the system is in active development stage and going to be integrated into clients’ systems internationally. In addition, it is also offered as a product for new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Software development team working process coordination using Agile methodology
• Changing requirements management
• To analyse and evaluate current systems to meet functional and operational goals
• Cooperation with business teams to deploy system improvements as well as providing solutions and ideas for that, including status of deliverables, key issues, risks & dependencies discussions
• Communication with users to understand their additional business needs
• Project requirement documentation

What candidate are we looking for:

• At least 3 years experience as Business Analyst
• Good communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and good time management skills
• Understanding of business processes and Scrum methodology
• Good English and Latvian languages skills
  

Will be considered as advantage:

• Experience as Team Lead
• Experience in team management, as well as collegiality and responsiveness
• Experience in supply chain and logistics processes
• Hands-on experience with software architecture and database modelling
• Knowledge of CI / CD processes
• Fluent Russian skills
