Infrastructure:

• To act as a technical owner for project assets
• Document project infrastructure design and available resources
• Develop, document, and execute processes and procedures for IT asset recovery in the event of a disaster or failure
• Evaluate and manage the infrastructural setup
• Suggest and plan potential infrastructural improvements, suggest and evaluate the required infrastructure we need using the tools that we want to use
• Oversee, coordinate and follow up on incident management
• Help to align and setup ITSM principles and processes that are required from operations teams
• Ensure correct licensing of the software utilized by the application
• Ensure the technical knowledge/responsibility transformation in case of any organizational changes.

Processes:

• Ensure production monitoring and business continuity
• Work and improve monitoring tools like Grafana, Matomo, etc.
• Monitor and report service level and technical KPIs
• Monitor and report data breaches
• Perform business impact and risk assessments
• Assist in risk management
• Assist in vendor management on operational and tactical levels
• Maintain subject matter expertise with a deep understanding of the technical details within your focus area
• Support project in ensuring compliance with the Data Retention and Data Cleansing Guideline.

Communication:

• Act as a user proxy with an intimate knowledge of related user workflows and needs
• Work with help desk and country representatives to escalate disaster recovery issues
• Establish and agree with Operations upon SLA, follow up on that they are followed, and discuss potential improvements if necessary.

You have:

• Understanding of networking and system administration (Linux\Windows)
• Experience with DevOps tools and scripting, like Jenkins, Ansible, containers, etc.
• Understanding and experience in micro service architecture and related tools (like Kafka)
• Experience with some monitoring tools, like Grafana, Matomo, Prometheus, etc.
• Practical experience with databases (using, optimizing queries, etc.) We are using Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working as Software and/or Infrastructure Architect is considered an advantage.
