Join our team! We are looking for a Senior Accountant in Riga HQ office!

What you will do:

• Processing, booking and control of accounting documents
• Bank processing and invoice issuing
• Preparation of statistical and other reports
• Participation in the month-end closing procedures
• Preparation and update of work instructions
• Participation in statutory audits
• Be in charge of accounting for 2-3 small related companies (with a very limited number of monthly transactions)
• Preparation of various internal reports and external statistical reports
• Provision of support and preposition of improvements
• Actively participate in Group projects
• Provision of support to chief accountant and other accountants in daily work

What you need to know/have:

• At least 3+ years experience in accounting
• Professional accounting education
• Good level of written and spoken Latvian and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office and analytical work skills
• Good communication skills, accuracy, and ability to organize your work independently
• Structured approach and the ability to achieve goals set within a defined deadline
