Job description
If you get ready:
create job advertisements and post them and post them on job seeking platforms;
search, advise candidates over the phone about jobs in our group;
be proficient in interviewing candidates remotely and correctly evaluating them according to the company’s requirements;
to communicate with candidates and their requests on social networks on a regular basis;
organize the sourcing of new candidates and participate in the generation of new ideas;
working with our team to identify the best candidates for immediate and future needs;
performing the full recruitment cycle from search, selection to recruitment;
stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
