Join our team! We are looking for a Business Data Analyst in Riga HQ office!

Position: Business data analyst, fusion of unique consulting approach and data analyst/developer. We speak business language, digitize business processes, make decisions based on numbers and cooperate with each business department and top management.

Responsibilities:

• Find reasons, prepare insights and implement initiatives for changes in business performance
• Analyze, optimize and automate business processes - sales funnels, acquisition channels etc.
• Create and develop KPI reports
• Ad-hoc analytics - find and extract data, consolidate, do calculations, analyze and suggest actions
• Cooperate with database developers, BI specialists to improve reporting automation

Requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar
• Excellent English and Latvian knowledge
• Passion for data, analytical tools, collaboration to drive business
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in work with Business Intelligence tools (for example Looker, Tableau, PowerBI etc.) is advantage
