About the role:

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be working side by side with an management team to support our 4finance people in their daily lives. You will perform and learn variety of HR related tasks. We are looking for self-motivated, positive individual with can do attitude!

What you will do:

- Taking care of HR administration – create, update employment contracts and other HR documentation for Latvia and Sweden;
- Ensuring data insertion, correctness and quality in 4finance HR platform;
- Supporting recruitment process by advertising job openings, interview scheduling, cooperation with recruitment agencies, reference checking etc., with the goal to ensure the best candidate experience;
- Advise the management team and other employees in career development, staffing,
employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management questions;
- Develop, maintain, and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with best
standards and shareholder guidelines.
Some must haves:

- Higher education in business management, psychology, personnel
management, economy or in legal science.
- Previous experience in the HR field;
- Understanding and previous experience with Latvian legislation and labor law;
- Good English and advanced Latvian languages (spoken and written);
- Can-do attitude, curiosity, strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to details, high sense of responsibility and willingness to develop in HR area.
