Job description
Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
ACCOUNTANT in PAYROLL team
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and control Payroll related data flow, inputs and outputs ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Support employees on salary related questions
- Prepare financial and operational Payroll reports
- Ensure Payroll costs are properly booked on GL accounts and involved accounts are fully reconciled
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to Payroll and Payroll Accounting process improvements (including system testing and interaction with IT)
Requirements
- Previous experience in Payroll and/or Payroll Accounting
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant
- Ability to observe strict confidentiality of the obtained information
- Fluency in English. Swedish knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Analytical mindset, attention to details
