Visma Real Estate AS (VRE) creates custom solutions for commercial and residential real estate. Our portfolio consists of software solutions for presales, sales, and post-sales, and we have among the largest market share in Norway with 2500 active users on a daily basis. Visma Real Estate AS was founded in 2020 as a result of the acquisition of several companies. This makes us a young company with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive, while still having the advantage of being part of Visma’s internationally acknowledged tech-environment.

VRE consists of highly engaged employees with unique passion and market knowledge concerning real estate, and we are currently more than 50 developers across 6 product teams, including consultants. We strive for excellence, quality, and delivering value to production as quickly as possible, and we have a high degree of passion for the work we do.

We are fully remote these days, but currently have most of our employees in Bergen, Trondheim and Oslo. However, we also have employees / consultants in Spain, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Latvia and Lithuania.

Tech stack: C# & .net6, Angular 13/14, MS SQL Server, Azure

Key responsibilities:

• Further develop and enhance our current line of products, as well as working on greenfield product areas when needed
• Create and modernise APIs for third parties, as well as internal usage
• Ensuring quality in the code we deliver - we expect all new code to be well tested, and when regressions occur, we always strive to create tests to avoid them from occurring again
• Further work on our pipeline for delivering software to production
• Support our commercial and customer success departments when required
• Share your knowledge, strive for excellence

In order to excel in this position, we hope you have:

• 2- 10 + years of experience
• Experienced with API development for both internal and external consumers
• Experience with SQL, preferably MSSQL
• Experience with writing and maintaining tests
• Experience with Git and GitHub/Bitbucket, including pull-requests and code review
• Experience with deployment tools, such as TeamCity / Octopus
• The capability to learn and work within a complex domain
• The capability of working in an agile environment, and directly interacting with customers and other stakeholders within the organization
• Excellent communication skills in English

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Knowledge in C# / .NET / ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
• Experience with cloud solutions, preferably Azure
• Experience with frontend development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, any js. Frameworks / libs like Angular) is a plus
• Familiarity with containers / docker
• Experience with Linux / MacOSX
