Join our team! We are looking for a Financial System Analyst in Riga HQ office!

Responsibilities:

• Key financial resource for Group’s core accounting and Cost Approval software maintenance
• Work with local teams, participate in MEC, assist with monthly reconciliations, booking corrections, etc.
• Research, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve system issues (technical and accounting)
• Design improvements for impacted systems
• Prepare business requirements and specifications for developers, test cases, perform UAT
• Identify and suggest possible improvements in existing processes and procedures
• Consult and provide training to Group users about functionality and features of both systems
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports to management
• Comply with all employer approved laws and regulations
• Other responsibilities upon Direct Manager’s request

Qualifications and some must haves:

• Experience in Accounting
• Experience with Finance systems support
• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Advanced literacy of Excel
• Good knowledge of English (written and communication
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently as well as in team, stress-resistance
• Knowledge of SQL and iScala will be considered as an advantage
