HEAD OF LTL/GROUPAGE DEPARTMENT FOR THE EU MARKET

IT Camp partner – an international logistics company founded in 1997 in Estonia and operating in Latvia since 2001. The company has over 180 employees in 10 offices located in Baltics and European countries. The company provides a wide range of logistics services - transportation (rail, road, sea, container), warehousing & distribution, airfreight, etc.
The company plans to develop the LTL/GROUPAGE department for the EU market and is searching for a new team member.


Responsibilities:
- to search for clients in Latvia and Europe;
- to conduct offline and online meetings with clients;
- to participate in exhibitions and conferences related to logistics;
- to suggest ways to improve customer service;
- to select employees for work with groupage cargoes and international clients.

Requirements:
- at least 4 years’ proven experience in the sale of transport services;
- good understanding of the transport services’ market in Europe;
- experience in working with groupage cargo is considered as an advantage;
- good communication skills, excellent presentation skills;
- fluency in English and Latvian (written and oral);
- a confident PC user with a good command of the entire MS Office package and Windows;
- experience in setting up departments from scratch and staff recruitment is considered an advantage;

- bonuses based on the result of your own sales and the sales of subordinates. When meeting sales targets and effectively managing your subordinates, the net salary can reach up to EUR 3,500 - 5,000 per month;
