Maayan Payments Ltd is an international FinTech company offering innovative payment services for private and corporate clients. We are constantly enhancing our products (banking platform, front-end, payment gateway) and have a need of a Head of eCommerce Department

We are searching for an ambitious person, that is eager to work and share our common success.

• Taking initiative in leadership of the entire eCommerce department
• Deep understanding of our company business needs and shaping the products accordingly
• Communication and management of relationships with MasterCard, China Union Pay and AmEx
• Communication with an external processing centre, gateway and the core banking platform provider
• Creation of products related to classical eCommerce, card-to-card payments, POS terminals
• Analysing APIs and preparation of the tech flows for future integration with 3rd party systems (AML systems, new payment methods, etc.) by our devTeam
• Implementation of latest risk and AML control tools
• General daily control of operations for all systems of eCommerce department
• Close communication with the SEO, MLRO, CFO and Business Developers for shaping the product up to necessary standards

• Experience in Fintech or banking for 7+ years
• Proven experience in leading roles in card processing or payments
• Understanding of launching new card acquiring programs from scratch
• Excellent understanding of card acquiring business
• Understanding of AML and risk controls in card payment schemes
• Understanding of market trends in the Payment industry, finding most efficient solutions for release of new products
• Good level of programming
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Solutions oriented with a curious & analytical mentality
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Fluent English language (both written and oral)
