• Design and develop large complex systems.
• Perform browser testing of visuals across multiple devices.
• Effectively communicate the pros and cons of the application environment and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Play a critical role in the review, design and development of applications.
• Identify, analyse and solve accessibility problems.
• Arrange code review and applies best practices to the project.
• Estimate UI development effort.
• Stay up to date with industry-standard best practices and techniques.
• Provide mentoring and supervising for less experienced colleagues.
• Promote a passion for code-accuracy and UI perfectness.

• 5+ years of experience in coding large-scale responsive websites.
• Highly experienced with coding standards, HTML/CSS (CSS architecture and preprocessors)
• Accessibility standards, cross-browser support, and maintainability considerations.
• Experienced understanding of clean code principles and refactoring techniques
• Working experience with JavaScript Frameworks/Libraries (e.g. React, Angular, Vue)
• Experience with design systems is valued.
• Experiencing collaborating with UI/UX designers.
• Tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies.
• Strong English (C1 - spoken and written).
