Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with the Stakeholders
- Analyzing requirements and providing solutions
- Prioritizing Product Backlog
- Communicating requirements and providing domain knowledge to Development Teams
- Ensuring the delivery of the Business Value for the customers
- Participation in daily stand-ups, planning meetings, internal demos and retrospectives
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in software development project management (traditional or agile)
- Experience in E-commerce, Retail or similar industries
- Understanding of mobile apps development principles
- Great communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Ability to communicate in Latvian and Russian
- A degree in Management, Computer Science, IT or related field is considered a plus
