General responsibilities:
- Support customers by processing incidents and troubleshooting issues in various systems, e.g. SAP
- Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or phone
- Perform system monitoring tasks and report inconsistencies
- Provide required reporting, e.g. on system usage and user activity
- Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism
Job requirements
- Proactive and analytical approach, accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills in English language; German will be considered as advantage
- Previous customer service/IT service desk/Data management related experience
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Solution orientated and a team player
- Previous experience with SAP will be considered as advantage
- Desire to grow and develop in IT industry

- Monthly gross salary from 1400 to 1600 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
