• Support Baltic Banking private business with regular and ad-hoc analysis in private customer´s products sales and offering and in business initiative area;
• Develop your knowledge and skills creating high quality reports to support business decisions;
• Use your analytical skills to convert data into business insights;
• Learn more about lending – legal requirements, process and products specifics;
• Share your ideas to increase quality and efficiency of reports and presentations;
• Participate in deep dives and process improvements related with private customers financing;
• Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered analysis to make improvements over time;
• Participate in several joint projects within organization.

What is needed in this role:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of mathematics, statistics, economy or finance) or a great reason for not having one;
• Experience in data analysis, drawing the conclusions and presenting the results;
• Knowledge about methods and tools used in data analysis;
• High sense of responsibility for own decisions and the result of work;
• Good verbal and written communication in English and fluent in Latvian;
• Experience in using Business Objects and/or SPSS Modeler, very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS office tools;
• Basic SQL knowledge.
